Terms & Conditions of Rudra Equipment

These Terms & Conditions apply to every visit to rudraequipment.in and to every enquiry, quotation and order placed with Rudra Equipment (GSTIN 24DOZPP1073J1ZB), Office-9, Rameshwar Estate, Behind Mahadev Estate, Ramol, Ahmedabad-380026, Gujarat, India ("we", "us"). By using this website or placing an order you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. Products and information

We manufacture and supply material handling equipment such as hand pallet trucks, stackers, scissor lifts, cranes and related parts. We take care that product descriptions, capacities, dimensions and photographs are accurate, but they are for general guidance. Minor differences in colour, finish or design may occur, and specifications may change without notice as products are improved. Please confirm any specification that is critical to your use with our team before ordering.

Every piece of equipment must be used within its rated load capacity and according to the operating instructions supplied with it. We are not responsible for damage or injury caused by overloading, misuse, unauthorised modification or lack of maintenance.

2. Prices and taxes

Prices are in Indian Rupees. Unless stated otherwise, prices shown are exclusive of GST, which is added at the applicable rate at checkout and shown on your invoice. Prices may change without notice; the price that applies is the one confirmed in your order or written quotation. If a product is listed at a clearly wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid.

3. Orders and quotations

An order placed on the website is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it by email, WhatsApp, phone or by dispatching the goods. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, the delivery address cannot be served, or the payment cannot be verified; any amount already paid will then be refunded in full.

Quotations given by our team are valid for the period stated on them, or 15 days if no period is stated. Custom-built or made-to-order equipment is manufactured to the specification agreed in writing and cannot be cancelled once production has started.

4. Payment

Payment can be made through the options shown at checkout, which may include online payment through a secure payment gateway, bank transfer and Cash on Delivery where offered. We do not store your card or bank details; they are handled by the payment gateway. An order is processed once payment is received or, for Cash on Delivery, once the order is confirmed.

5. Delivery

We deliver within India only. Delivery charges and timelines depend on the product, its weight and size, and the destination, and are confirmed at checkout or by our team. Delivery dates are estimates; delays caused by transporters, weather, strikes or other events outside our control are not our responsibility. Please read our Shipping Policy for details.

Please inspect the package when it is delivered. If it looks damaged or tampered with, do not accept it and contact us immediately.

6. Returns, refunds and cancellations

Returns, replacements, cancellations and refunds are handled as described in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Warranty

Products are covered by a manufacturer's warranty of one (1) year from delivery against manufacturing defects, unless a different period is stated for a product. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, consumables, transformers, chargers and adaptors, or damage caused by overloading, misuse, accidents, improper repair or unauthorised modification. Under warranty we will repair or replace the faulty part at our discretion; the faulty part must be returned to us.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount paid for the product concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as loss of business, profit or production time.

9. Use of the website

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or use it for any unlawful purpose. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. All content on this website, including text, photographs, logos and product designs, belongs to Rudra Equipment and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

10. Privacy

We collect and use your personal information only as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
